Online Booking Policy

Massage Therapy Insurance Receipts

Please note that if you require an insurance receipt it is best to call the spa to insure that you are placed with a therapist that can issue a receipt for your provider. All Therapists are Registered but some are limited with who they can provide insurance receipts with.

Double Check your Confirmation Email

Please make sure to read all corresponding emails from Totally Refreshed, as sometimes not all appointments booked online can be accommodated due to availability. All online appointments will receive a notice whether the appointment has either been confirmed or declined.

It is the clients sole responsibility to check their emails to confirm the appointment has been accepted

Groups of 6 or More

Please feel free to give us a call at 1-403-314-1933 if you would like to book in for 6 or more people. Our online booking software now allows for you to group up tp 5 people in a group booking!

Cancellation Policy

24hr Cancellation notice is required for all services. Different policies may apply to larger bookings with services over $100.

Appointments that are cancelled not in the required notice time will be charged the full amount for the services reserved for the client. We do NOT charge for the appointment if we are able to fill the appointment if it is cancelled within the cancellation notice period. 

All cancellations must be made by phone to insure that they are received in a timely manner.

Requesting Specific Service Providers

Currently at this time our online system cannot determine if a booking is a request for a certain service provider.

However, if you have seen them at the spa before we are able to ensure that you are placed with them using your appointment history.

If you have not seen them before and would like to ensure that you are placed with them we ask that you call the spa and book the appointment through a receptionist. This way we can make sure your first visit and request for the service provider is placed on file for future visits and online booking.
