Starting June 19th we will be open Monday to Saturday from 9am – 8pm for June, July and August. Our hours could change depending on Health Officials and Government Recommendations for Phase 2. We will make sure to update our social media pages if any changes occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding with all the new changes due to COVID-19.
Update 1: New Appointment Booking Software!
PLEASE CREATE A NEW ONLINE ACCOUNT TO BOOK IN ON OUR NEW SOFTWARE
We have officially launched a new software which has a new ONLINE booking platform now available for bookings! Please know that there may be some tweaks here and there but we promise you that we are working towards making it as seamless as possible! This will make booking appointments easier and quicker for you. Please note that if you book an appointment you will receive an appointment reminder and welcome back email closer to your first scheduled appointment!
In this email we’ll also have any updates about Phase 2 and a health screening waiver that will need to be filled out via your phone prior to your service.
The online screening waiver works best in chrome or firefox.

Update 2: Short Term Reduced Hours and Capacity
Following guidelines for Phase 2 re-opening we have been required to reduce our hours and capacity to effectively allow the required socially distancing for clients. In phase 2 we will be reducing our normal capacity along with having more time between appointments for proper sanitization. Please note that we may need to call you and adjust your service time slightly if it conflicts with time between appointments for proper cleaning procedures. We hope you understand that this new way of doing business is new to us and if we need to adjust our scheduled appointments slightly to accommodate the increase in safety procedures and government requirements.
Update 3: Steams NOT available at this time (HOPEFULLY SOON THOUGH!)
Steams are currently NOT available at this time. We hope to have an update soon on when we will be reopening steams.
Update 4: Select Therapist appointment lengths
Due to our reduced hours for the time being, in combination with the three month closure, some select therapists that you normally see may only have openings for 60mins and under. Massage Therapy is an extremely physical career. Our therapists have been off for 3 months and we want to ensure that their return is as comfortable and as stress free as possible. Totally Refreshed is allowing all massage therapists the option to choose time lengths of appointments upon their return to ensure their physical and mental health is taken care of as we transition back to work.
If you are trying to book in with a therapist that you normally see for a service length over 60mins their available times may not show. We encourage you to try booking 60mins if this is the case to book in with your select service provider.
Update 5: MediSpa Services
With summer and sun exposure MediSpa services require a skin consult before treatment to ensure your safety. If you are new client to our MediSpa services please book in for a 30min Complimentary Laser Consultation (NEW CLIENTS). If you are an existing laser client please book in for a 15min Complimentary Laser Consultation (EXISTING CLIENTS) on our website for any facial or body laser treatments.
Existing clients that are wanting to book in for Laser Hair Removal for areas that are not exposed to sun will not require an updated skin consult. Please book your appointment online!
