Dear Friends in Business
The most important person is the customer. Service and customer retention is a key factor in today’s fast paced economy. We have a beautiful and well run facility with friendly, first class staff to look after the customers in your business. This business is designed to comfort, relax and pamper people. Our services can include massage and esthetic services with certified and registered professionals. Spa Services and private steam rooms are a relaxing getaway.
We have corporate passes to the steam rooms to enhance your relationships with your clients, or for the business owner to give to their employees as a performance enhancement. Here’s how it works:
When you give a pass to someone or to a couple, it’s an inexpensive way to show your appreciation. A happy staff member is a productive staff member. A happy customer is a loyal customer. And a loyal customer is a key in the growth of any business. You first get recognized when you give a pass to someone because right away they are feeling good that you have given them something. The second recognition you receive is when that person phones and books an appointment. They are so happy to have received this from you that they want to get in as soon as possible. The third way you are recognized is when they are enjoying their steam. They are thinking that this was a wonderful gift you have given them. The fourth way you get recognized is the next day when someone says, “What did you do yesterday?” Their reply “So and so gave me passes to Totally Refreshed Steam and Spa for a 45 minute steam.
What a beautiful gift! That was probably the nicest gift anybody could have given me. I don’t think there’s any question the next time I need the services I receive from that person, they’ll be the only one I call because I was treated like first class. Passes by the 100 end up costing only $8.00 each and there is nothing this affordable for you and your customer. If you really want to get into someone’s heart, give them the works. Let us spoil your customers to a half day in our facility with massage, pedicure and a facial. How about remembering a client’s anniversary? The possibilities are endless.
So what are the benefits to giving steam passes away to your regular customers or to excellent employees? Giving a steam pass to an employee makes them feel that you are recognizing the good things that you do for them. They know that you have noticed their performance. To other employees, they can see that if they perform well, then they too might get a steam pass. Providing your regular customers with steam passes lets them know that you value them as customers and want to continue doing business with them.
Our MASSAGE A MONTH program is a staff incentive tool for business. You can purchase 12 massages for the price of 10.
You may also satisfy donations for charities, silent auctions and golf tournaments. We will provide the stamp for your passes so they will specify who donated them or compliments or so and so. 25, 50 or 100 passes will go a long way in building your customer relationships. This will come back to you tenfold.
Quality service to those that mean so much to you. Excellent one on one time with your significant other. Make steaming a weekly or bi-weekly ritual. It’s good for you. Get personal with your clients by giving them something personal.
