For single appointment services, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, although we can sometimes accommodate same-day appointments depending on availability. Some therapists, hairstylists, and estheticians book more quickly than others, so if you are hoping to see a specific team member, we encourage booking as early as possible.

For spa packages, we recommend reserving 2–3 weeks in advance for the best availability.

For larger group bookings, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance, depending on the size of your group and the services requested. If you're planning a large group on a specific date with multiple services, the more notice you can provide, the better. That said, feel free to give us a call—we're always happy to see what we can do to accommodate your group whenever possible.

In your email, please include your preferred date, approximate group size, and any services you are interested in. Our team will review your request and work with you to create a relaxing and memorable experience for your group.

The more advance notice you can provide, the more flexibility we'll have to accommodate your preferred date and services.

Group bookings consisting of 3 or more guests with a total service value exceeding $500 are considered large group bookings and may require a deposit to secure the reservation.

Group bookings with service totals of $500–$999 require a 25% deposit, while bookings totaling $1,000 or more require a 50% deposit. Deposits are collected upon confirmation of the reservation and are applied toward the final balance.

Deposits can be paid in a variety of ways for your convenience. We accept e-Transfer, a secure online payment link sent by our management team, or you may purchase a gift card in advance and apply its value toward your group booking deposit.

Once your group reservation details have been finalized, our team will provide payment instructions and deposit options.

The group organizer is responsible for paying the required deposit to secure the reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot hold appointment times or service providers without a deposit. Once received, the deposit will be applied toward the final service total for the group.

The steam rooms are booked for one hour at a time; 45 minutes of steam and 15 minutes to shower and dress. We provide each room with a wash basin to use for a cool water wash. Water, aromatherapy, towels are all included in packages. We offer a selection of aromatherapy oils to choose from to add
to the steam. The hostess will apply 4 – 6 drops to the top of the steam head.
The steam then rises and the oil evaporates into the air and fills the room.

All steam rooms are private suites. Clients can choose to wear a bathing suit,
towel or what they feel most comfortable wearing in the steam room.
Do not wear street clothes in the steam rooms. 

*Package times are approx. Depending on the size of package we allow for 15min breaks between larger bookings to accommodate refreshments and bathroom breaks. We encourage you to sit back and relax between services!

Pregnancy & Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can be a wonderful way to help relieve tension, reduce stress, and support overall well-being during pregnancy. Clients who are pregnant are welcome to book a Prenatal Massage with one of our Registered Massage Therapists who is specially trained in providing safe and comfortable treatments for expecting mothers.

Prenatal massage appointments are available for clients who are at least 13 weeks pregnant. When booking, please let our team know how far along you are so we can ensure the most appropriate accommodations are made for your comfort and safety.

Pregnancy & Steam Baths

For the safety of both mother and baby, steam baths are not recommended during pregnancy. Changes in body temperature and prolonged exposure to heat may increase the risk of complications. As a result, we do not permit pregnant clients to use our steam bath facilities.

Our Spa currently does not have a liquor license. No alcoholic drinks are currently allowed on premises.
